I am a specialised knee and hip surgeon and the current President of The British Association for Surgery of the Knee (BASK) having been on the executive committee for 10 years. I deal with primary and revision knee replacements including partial knee replacements as well as primary hip replacements and arthroscopic knee suergery. I chair the Cheshire and Mersey Revision Knee network.
I graduated from The University of Sheffield and hold fellowships from both The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and The Royal College of Surgeons of England as well as the Fellowship in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery.
I am a member of the British Orthopaedic Association (BOA), the European Knee Society (EKS) and The British Patello-femoral Society (BPFS). I hold an honorary Clinical Lecturers post at The University of Liverpool. I am a member of the ODEP panel.
I have numerous peer reviewed publications and regularly lecture at national and international meetings.
