Monica Farcut Howard is a registered psychologist. They aim to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for clients to explore their concerns and work towards positive change. Their approach is client-centred and strength-based, drawing upon evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Mindfulness.
They are passionate about helping clients develop a greater understanding of themselves and their experiences, build resilience and coping skills, and improve their overall well-being. They believe that everyone has the potential for growth and change, and they are committed to supporting clients on their journey towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
