In the UK, he served in several teaching hospitals, most notably at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where he worked as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and acted as the Clinical Lead for Gynecology Oncology Services.
Dr. Agha later relocated to the UAE, where he currently heads the obstetrics and gynaecology services in the northern Emirates at FUH Hospital DSO. His core competencies include advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, management of gynaecologic oncology, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, hysterectomy, ovarian tumours and cysts, colposcopy, urogynecology, menstrual problems, infertility and reproductive medicine, high-risk pregnancy care, and instrumental and operative deliveries.
A passionate advocate for patient-centred care, Dr. Agha believes that patients must be active participants in their treatment decisions, and that their satisfaction is crucial to successful clinical outcomes. He has participated in numerous international meetings and conferences, and has published a range of peer-reviewed articles and case reports.
