He graduated with his MD from the University of Aleppo in 1993 and has specialised in cardiology since 2011. Recognised by the General Medical Council (GMC) as a trainer, he is deeply committed to both patient care and the education of future cardiologists.
Dr Alchaghouri practises at Whiston Hospital, where he leads as Clinical Director in Interventional Cardiology, overseeing service development and quality of care. Previously, he held a consultant post at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
With extensive experience in advanced interventional procedures, Dr Alchaghouri is a respected authority in the field of interventional cardiology.
