A recipient of the prestigious Darzi Fellowship in healthcare management in 2010, she is a registered medical professional with the General Medical Council, a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists in London, and a member of various medical societies, including the European Society of Retina Specialists and The European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.
