Do You Have Problems With • emotional / stress / boredom eating • low energy and feeling tired at the time • how to lose weight and successfully keep it off (for good!) • information overload on which foods to actually eat • poor sleep • being harsh on yourself This Is Why I Can Help You • I have over 10 years of extensive experience in weight management and type 2 diabetes from working both in the NHS and in private healthcare. • I have worked as a specialist project lead dietitian for both adult (bariatric (weight loss) surgery) and childhood obesity management. • I have worked as a Senior Specialist Diabetes Dietitian in digital health care (Oviva UK) helping patients prevent type 2 diabetes or manage their diabetes if they already have it. • I was promoted to co-lead NHS England's Low-Calorie Pilot Programme (at Oviva UK) based on the work of Professor Mike Lean and helped hundreds of patients achieve diabetes remission and weight loss. • I have had the honour of working alongside psychologists, psychotherapists and BACP Counsellors for 5 years to help patients cultivate a healthier relationship with food. A Little More About Me • My passion is helping you understand and address the root causes of your health problems. This stemmed from my own personal journey of overcoming medical issues, so I fully understand the challenges that come with making lifestyle changes. • I hold an honours degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from The University of Surrey • I am a Registered Dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a full member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).
