He then moved to the United Kingdom for advanced training in functional neurosurgery at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (Queen’s Square) and Cambridge University Hospital (Addenbrooke’s), where he refined his skills in neurovascular surgery and minimally invasive spine surgery. He became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2019.
