Ms Maryam Yaslem is a licensed clinical psychologist at the Aspris Wellbeing Centre in Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi. With over seven years of professional experience, she provides psychological support to adults and adolescents across a variety of clinical environments, including inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation, and virtual care settings. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, with a particular focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, and women’s mental health.
Maryam’s therapeutic practice integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies.
