He has also served as an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London, contributing to education and research.

Mr Ghabra is also the co-founder of MAG Optics Inc., a Boston-based ophthalmic device innovation company within Johnson & Johnson's JLabs incubator. The company focuses on developing groundbreaking technology to address unmet needs in eye care, with its first FDA study underway.
