Mr Stockdale is passionate about inspiring clients to reclaim an active lifestyle and a healthy body. They believe that if something is enjoyable and relevant to our lives, we are more likely to want to repeat it. Mr Stockdale has a special interest in assisting those in pain to overcome fear and return to the activities they love. They are also interested in helping people who don't enjoy exercise to realise the joy of healthy movement.
