I love people & it is my greatest privilege to support people with life’s challenges, every day. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them to manage life and work difficulties, and building their resilience and coping mechanisms, to deal with whatever may come their way.

My pluralistic approach combines elements of person-centred therapy, cognitive

behavioural therapy, relationship therapy, psychodynamic and somatic therapy

approaches, to answer your unique needs. Qualified to Masters level in Counselling/Psychotherapy, I am accredited with the Irish Institute of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP) as a Therapist and Supervisor.

My goal for you is to create a safe space where you can work through your thoughts and feelings, get to understand yourself better, and find your way through situations you are having trouble with, wanting to make changes or develop your life.

In our work together, I will offer you empathy and space, to make sense of what you are

dealing with. In our working partnership, we will find a way forward for you. My approach is conversational, with an emphasis on what works best for you, incorporating various counselling methodologies as appropriate. Where it suits, I will incorporate elements of breathwork and meditation into our sessions together. You can expect me to be a calm, authentic, strong and supportive therapist with an emphasis on the goals that matter to you.

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of human connection and the resilience of the human spirit, even at the most difficult of times. I remain driven by the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing and lasting change.
