Dr Mansoor Mirkazemi

Mr. Mansoor Mirkazemi is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon with over two decades of experience in plastic surgery techniques such as rhinoplasty, microsurgery, breast surgery, skin rejuvenation, and facial surgery. He sees private patients at the Collins Street Plastic Surgery. Mr. Mirkazemi earned his primary medical qualification at the University of Tasmania School of Medicine, in 1995. After this, he completed his basic surgical training and an internship at the Royal Hobart Hospital. Upon completion of his training, Mr. Mirkazemi began working at a plastic surgeon registrar, where he gained knowledge and expertise from senior plastic surgeons. He then moved to Victoria to train with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in general surgery for 2 years, followed by a further 4 years of plastic surgery training where he gained expertise in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, which included nasal refinement, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation. Since his Consultant appointment, Mr. Mirkazemi has been an active member of the teaching community and has become a Supervisor for Surgical Training at the Victorian Plastic Surgery Unit. He is also passionate about staying in the loop regarding innovation and news in the cosmetic and reconstructive surgery field and has often presented his own research at national and international conferences.
