Miss Tiwari is Clinical Director for Women's Health at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS trust, and serves as Colposcopy Lead and Deputy Lead for Gynaecological Oncology with resposibilty for cancer ]screening , colposcopy and specialist gynaecological services.

As a dedicated educator, she contributes to the training and professional development of medical students, junior doctors, and healthcare professionals.
