Dr. med. Manon Der-Petrossian absolvierte ihr Studium an der Universität Wien. Im Anschluss war sie als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der Universitätsklinik für Dermatologie tätig, wo sie ihre Dissertation abschloss und 1998 zum Doktor der gesamten Heilkunde promovierte.
Ihre Ausbildung zur Fachärztin für Dermatologie begann ebenfalls 1998 an der Universitätsklinik für Dermatologie, wo sie auch weiterhin wissenschaftlich tätig war. Im Jahr 2004 erlangte Dr. med. Der-Petrossian die Facharztanerkennung und war anschließend in sämtlichen Spezialambulanzen der Universitätsklinik im Einsatz. Bis Ende 2011 verfasste sie zudem mehrere Publikationen.
Zusätzlich zu ihrer klinischen Tätigkeit war Dr. med. Der-Petrossian als Konsiliarärztin an der Privatklinik Döbling tätig und leitete von 2005 bis 2011 eine Wahlarztordination. Sie verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung als Vertretungsärztin in verschiedenen dermatologischen Kassenordinationen in Wien und Umgebung.
Dr. med. Der-Petrossian ist Mitglied der Österreichischen Gesellschaft für Dermatologie und Venerologie.
