About

Dr Lowri Bailey is an experienced General Practitioner and has expertise and confidence in managing the full range of presentations to General Practice.

Dr Bailey loves her work as a GP and particularly enjoys building relationships with patients and supporting them with a friendly and holistic approach.

She has a background in paediatrics and enjoys helping families manage their children's health from birth until adulthood.

She also has a specialist interest in menopause and HRT prescribing (including testosterone) and enjoys providing consultations in all areas relating to the menopause. She has completed the RCOG (Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology) training in menopause care and HRT prescribing.

Dr Bailey is also interested in lifestyle and preventative medicine and offers a range of health check options focussed on assessing risk of medical complaints and working together to optimise the health of her clients.

Dr Bailey qualified as a doctor from the University of Manchester in 1999. She worked in Paediatrics for a number of years and obtained the membership exams for the Royal College of Paediatrics. In 2005 she became a GP and went on to work as a GP Partner in a busy practice in Balham for 10 years. She is also a qualified GP educator and trainer.

She lives in Kingston and spends most of her time away from work either looking after her three children, painting or running in Richmond Park with her dog!

“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”

— Dr Lowri Bailey
