Hakkında
Dr Chantler is a registered psychologist who provides support to adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns. They aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental and compassionate space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Dr Chantler utilises evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy, to help clients develop practical skills and strategies to manage their challenges and improve their overall well-being.
Dr Chantler believes in working collaboratively with clients to develop individualised treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals. They are passionate about empowering individuals to make positive changes in their lives and strive to create a therapeutic environment that fosters growth and self-discovery.
