Leticia Rullan is an experienced Psychologist with over a decade in the field, specialising in working with adults, couples, and families who face various challenges. She is a licensed psychologist with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from King Juan Carlos University of Madrid, awarded in 2016.
Her training included stints at King Juan Carlos Hospital and the Municipal Health Center for Adolescents and Youth in Madrid, where she developed skills to support both adults and adolescents. Initially focusing on children and adolescents, Leticia complemented her practice with additional studies in Neuropsychology and Attachment Theory. Her keen interest in how relationships influence psychological development led her to pursue advanced training in Systemic Psychotherapy.
With nearly ten years of professional experience, Leticia now specialises in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate internal struggles and complex relationships, aiming to foster more meaningful lives. Her integrative therapeutic approach combines Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with the Systemic Psychology paradigm.
