About Frau Lena Böhm
Lena Böhm bezeichnet sich selbst als "Anti-Diät-Diätologin" womit sie sagen will, dass Gewicht nicht Ausschlaggebend für die generelle Gesundheit des Menschen ist und unabhängig von Gewicht, jeder Mensch etwas für eine Gesundheit tun kann. Abgesehen vom Essen an sich, ist sie der Überzeugung, dass die menschliche Psyche auch eine wichtige Rolle im Verhältnis zum Essen spielt. Deshalb betont sie, dass es sehr wichtig ist seinen Körper zu vertrauen und darauf zu hören was er möchte, wobei Lena Böhm sie gerne unterstützen will. Lena Böhm hat ein Bachelorstudium an der Fachhochschule St. Pölten in Diätologie abgeschlossen und darüber hinaus auch einige Fortbildungen abgeschlossen, wie zum Beispiel: Ernährungspsychologische Aspekte in der Beratung - September und Oktober 2020, Wenn alles zu viel wird – Möglichkeiten und Grenzen in der Ernährungstherapie bei Burnout - April 2020 und Ernährungspsychologisches Coaching - Juni 2020.
