I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through a broad range of psychological challenges. I graduated in Clinical Psychology from the National University of Argentina and hold a Master of Science in Mindfulness-Based Research and Practice from Bangor University.

My clinical work is an integration of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with advanced mindfulness-based approaches, I also incorporate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), tailoring each treatment to the unique needs of my clients.

Professional Background

I have been practising as a Clinical Psychologist in Ireland since 2012, with roles in adult mental health at the Central Mental Hospital, services for intellectual disabilities at Saint John of God Kildare Services, and child and adolescent services at Beechpark Services for Children with Autism. I am also an active member of the Psychological Society of Ireland and have contributed significantly to the field through leadership roles within the society.
