Physiotherapy
About
Krislin has worked in private practice supporting patients of all ages with musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. She has also supported recreational and amateur athletes in their recovery, including runners, basketball players, and footballers. In addition to her physiotherapy practice, she has extensive experience teaching Pilates classes in both rehabilitation and fitness settings across Germany and Estonia.
Her approach to physiotherapy integrates evidence-based rehabilitation with an emphasis on both the physical and psychological aspects of recovery. She provides individualised treatment plans designed to restore strength, mobility, and confidence, supporting patients through injury rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and long-term management of musculoskeletal conditions.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
