Mr. Kris Rai is a highly knowledgeable and experienced Osteopath, Naturopath, and movement specialist. With a career spanning over 19 years, he has dedicated himself to exploring various cultures, studying scientific approaches, and working with esteemed teachers from different parts of the world.
Driven by a deep-rooted ambition, Mr Rai's journey has led him to establish a space that fosters individual self-sustainability and promotes a culture of learning. His aim is to impart the profound knowledge of human structure, form, and wider ecology to individuals and health professionals from diverse backgrounds.
His approach is rooted in extensive research on the anthropological origins of human existence. Building upon his expertise as an Osteopath, he combines evidence-based scientific strategies, movement forms, and philosophical principles to guide his patients and students towards greater movement intelligence, structural resilience, and enhanced athletic performance.
Recently, Mr Rai has opened Joint Space Polyclinic LLC, a state-of-the-art clinic, movement space, and educational hub located in Alserkal Avenue, Dubai. This new venture allows him to provide comprehensive care and share his expertise with a wider audience.
Mr Rai obtained his qualifications as an Osteopath and Naturopath from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007. Since then, he has further expanded his knowledge by studying natural human movement and its anthropological roots, functional biomechanics, and functional neurology. He has pursued advanced certifications from institutions such as the Gray Institute, the CHEK Institute, and Z-Health. Currently, he is delving into the principles of Chinese medicine alongside his practice in Fighting Monkey, a movement discipline.
With his extensive expertise and dedication to promoting holistic health and movement, Mr Kris Rai continues to make a significant impact in his field.
