Dr Cheshire aims to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for clients to explore their concerns and work towards positive change. Their approach is client-centred and collaborative, tailoring therapy to meet the individual needs of each client. Dr Cheshire believes in empowering clients to understand their own experiences and develop strategies to manage challenges, improve well-being and enhance personal growth.
Dr Cheshire works with adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns. They draw upon evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Mindfulness-based approaches.
