Dr Khalid Al-Anazi is a respected Consultant in Adult Haematology and Haemato-Oncology. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of blood disorders, including complex cancers of the blood and bone marrow. Dr Al-Anazi has a particular focus on advanced treatments, demonstrating a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for his patients.
His medical education was completed at King Saud University in Saudi Arabia, where he earned his medical degree in 1986. Following this, he successfully passed his Boards in Internal Medicine before pursuing specialised training. Dr Al-Anazi completed his advanced fellowship in Clinical Haematology and Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation at King's College Hospital, University of London, in the United Kingdom.
Throughout his career, Dr Al-Anazi has been deeply involved in the advancement of his field. He played an instrumental role in the establishment and development of a specialised unit for haematopoietic stem cell transplantation. In addition to his clinical work, he is actively engaged in medical research and education, having authored numerous publications and serving on the editorial boards for several international medical journals.
