Ms Kelly Lynn Huffman is a Licensed Counselling Psychologist. They are passionate about the well-being and resiliency of healthcare workers and the impact of these factors on patient care. During the COVID19 pandemic, Dr Huffman worked with the occupational health department to bolster caregiver well-being, including targeted interventions at the individual and organisational levels designed to foster resilience, prevent burnout and promote general well-being.
Ms Huffman earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Counselling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
