Dr Seidler provides a warm and supportive space for clients to explore their concerns and work towards meaningful change. They believe in working collaboratively with clients to develop a shared understanding of their difficulties and tailor treatment to their individual needs. Dr Seidler draws on evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy.
Dr Seidler is passionate about helping people overcome a range of challenges, improve their mental health and wellbeing, and live fulfilling lives. They are committed to providing a safe and non-judgemental environment for clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered.
