Ms James was appointed as Honorary Lecturer at Cardiff University, United Kingdom, where she was instrumental in developing the undergraduate leadership curriculum for medical students. In addition, she has pursued research interests in obstetric haemorrhage and the use of artificial intelligence in ultrasound-guided regional anaesthesia.
