Herr Prim. Dr. Michael Riedl absolvierte das Studium der Humanmedizin, sowie die Turnusausbildung in Wien. Die Facharztbildung für Orthopädie durchlief Dr. Riedl im Orthopädischen Krankenhaus Gersthof und im Orthopädischem Spital Speising. Im Jahr 1994 gründete der Facharzt Dr. Riedl die Corpus Praxisgemeinschaft und leitet diese seitdem. Seit 2007 ist Dr. Riedl Präsident des BvdO, dem Berufsverband der Fachärzte für Orthopädie.

Der Orthopäde Dr. Riedl sieht den Schwerpunkt der patientenorientierten orthopädischen Betreuung in der Kombination von schulmedizinischen Therapien und Operationen mit alternativmedizinischen Möglichkeiten. Im degenerativen Gelenksbereich liegt sein Schwerpunkt in knorpelaufbauenden gelenkserhaltenden Maßnahmen, um Gelenksersatzoperationen so lange wie möglich zu vermeiden. Dr. Riedl absolvierte Spezialausbildungen in den Bereichen Akupunktur, Osteopathie, Hand- und Fußchirurgie, Endoprothetik und Arthroskopie, sowie Osteologie nach den Richtlinien des DVO.
