Ms Joy O’Leary is a qualified sports massage and neuromuscular therapist who trained at the National Training Centre (NTC). She offers a wide range of hands-on therapies, including relaxation massage, sports massage, deep tissue techniques and neuromuscular therapy, with a focus on helping clients relieve soft tissue pain, improve mobility and achieve long-term wellbeing. Joy’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that health and wellbeing must be approached through balance and personalisation. Outside her professional practice, she continues to develop her own yoga journey and incorporates weight training to build strength and bone density for everyday life.
Before beginning her career in therapy, Joy completed a bachelor’s degree and worked as a graphic designer, nurturing a longstanding love for creativity and the arts. She is also passionate about sustainability and community initiatives; in 2021 she founded Cork Clothes Swap, a non-profit that promotes textile reuse and helps reduce clothing waste through regular swap events.
