Dort liegen seine Schwerpunkte auf Brustchirurgie, Gesichtschirurgie, Liposuktion bei Lipödem und Body Contouring. Weiters bietet Dozent Matiasek die medizinische Kryolipolyse mittels Cristal Pro zur Behandlung lokaler Fettdepots an. Seit 2016 ist Dr. Matiasek zudem Oberarzt am St. Josef Krankenhaus Wien. Seit 2020 befindet sich die Wiener Ordination am Känrtner Ring 14 in Wien 1.
