Dr. Joanne Green is a UK-trained General Practitioner who has been practising in Tasmania since 2010. She has developed a special interest in obesity management and dermatology, with a particular focus on skin cancer. Dr. Green has assisted in lap band adjustment clinics, as well as in laparoscopic bypass and gastric sleeve surgeries.
Having her own personal experience with weight management, Dr. Green offers a compassionate and holistic approach to helping others navigate similar challenges. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, in 1997 and has been practising general medicine in Australia since 2010.
