Her clinical work covers all aspects of Rheumatology, and she regularly performs joint and soft tissue injections. She also plays a key role as Clinical Lead and contributes to service development. She has a particular interest in musculoskeletal ultrasound and holds Level 1 accreditation from EULAR and Early Inflammatory Arthritis. Alongside her clinical work, she has published in peer-reviewed journals and remains fully engaged with ongoing professional appraisal and development.
Dr Chana is also actively involved in Medical Education. She serves as co-Head of School of Medicine in Thames Valley and supervises Internal Medicine Training residents. Her teaching extends to medical students from University of Oxford and University of Buckingham Medical School, as well as Allied Health Professionals. She is also an active MRCP PACES examiner for the Royal College of Physicians.
