Dr Isabel Mettler is an osteopath who utilises a gentle, hands-on approach to treatment. They believe in working collaboratively with patients to develop a holistic treatment plan. Dr Mettler combines their treatment with down-to-earth discussion and advice on lifestyle and preventative care for the whole family. They are passionate about supporting patients to achieve their health goals and optimal well-being.
Dr Mettler has a keen interest in expanding their knowledge with a particular interest in Obstetric and Paediatric Osteopathy. They are also interested in Feeding Issues in Newborns, Tongue ties, OMT, Speech pathology, Migraine and Headache management. Dr Mettler is passionate about gut health and enjoys discussing healthy cooking and eating.
Dr Mettler supports their patients with lifestyle advice including work ergonomics at home and in the workplace, exercise, nutrition and other modalities of complementary health care.
