Ms. Inez Hasenfuss is an accredited psychotherapist specialising in both adults and adolescents. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Munster Technological University (2009-2013) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Open University.

She also has experience providing psychotherapy working with MyMind-, Social Services Centre- and Oakwood- therapy centres in Limerick, as well as providing support to primary school students with emotional and behavioural challenges through the Smile School Completion Programme.
Ines began her career as a volunteer at Childline, ISPCC, where she developed exceptional telephone communication skills, particularly in managing distressed callers. Additionally, she has experience as a relief nurse at Regional Hospital Limerick and Krankenhaus Nordstadt, specialising in neurology, neurosurgery, and abdominal intensive care.
