Physiotherapy
About
In addition to her role at LDN Physio, Ibby works within a busy NHS orthopaedic knee clinic, fracture clinic, and sports medicine service. This dual experience allows her to manage both acute and chronic injuries with a clinically informed and holistic approach. Her treatment style prioritises restoring function and confidence, tailoring rehabilitation to each patient's individual needs.
Ibby is currently undertaking her MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy, having already completed a module in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Exercise Prescription. She is also a qualified acupuncturist, certified by the AACP, which she integrates into patient care where appropriate.
Her areas of special interest include lower limb injuries, fracture rehabilitation, and pre-natal care - an area she has become increasingly passionate about since becoming a mother. With her strong clinical background and personal experience, Ibby aims to empower her patients to return to full fitness and the activities they enjoy.
She is fluent in Dutch, Somali, and has conversational knowledge of Hindi, allowing her to communicate effectively with a diverse range of patients.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
