About
Miss Wilson has a particular interest in the management of anterior mediastinal masses and robotic thymectomy for myasthenia gravis. Her vast experience in minimally invasive thoracic surgery has enabled her to offer patients robotic assisted lobectomy and segmentectomy for both malignant and benign disease, performing 95% of lung resections through a minimally invasive approach. Miss Wilson is an expert in state-of-the-art surgical treatment for lung cancer, mediastinal tumours, pulmonary metastases and complex thoracic cancers, including extensive experience in robotic surgery, for which she trains others nationally and internationally.
St Bartholomew’s hospital is one of three national centres within the United Kingdom delivering surgery for pectus patients. She has a high level of experience in using the Park's approach for the repair of severe pectus excavatum.
