Helen offers therapy through a flexible approach, tailoring her methods to meet the unique needs and preferences of her clients. She employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) for short-term, focused interventions addressing specific issues such as phobias, generalised anxiety disorders, depression, and panic attacks. Additionally, she is qualified in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, working with both individuals and couples on sexual and relationship issues. She is currently pursuing advanced training to further enhance her skills in couples therapy.
