Dr. Helen Ferris-Baker is a highly experienced Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years of expertise in mental health, spanning both the NHS and private sectors. She specialises in women’s mental health, fertility issues, and work-based mental health challenges, including stress, burnout, anxiety, personality issues, and relationship difficulties.
Dr. Ferris-Baker has extensive experience in running behaviour change programs, collaborating with organisations to enhance employee wellbeing.
