Prim. Univ.Prof Dr. med. Heinrich Resch ist Facharzt für Innere Medizin mit den Additivfachen Gastroenterologie & Hepatologie und Rheumatologie. Seine medizinische Laufbahn wurde durch seine Forschungstätigkeit bereichert, insbesondere im Bereich des Kollagen- und Knochenstoffwechsels. Dr. med. Resch ist Autor zahlreicher Publikationen in internationalen Fachzeitschriften und hat an mehreren Büchern und Buchkapiteln mitgewirkt.
Dr. med. Resch schloss sein Medizinstudium an der Universität Wien ab, wo er 1981 promovierte. Seine Ausbildung zum Facharzt für Innere Medizin absolvierte er am Krankenhaus der Barmherzigen Brüder in Wien.
Dr. med. Resch engagiert sich in der medizinischen Ausbildung und Lehre.
