Heather graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland in 2018 with a BSc honours. She worked in NHS greater Glasgow and rotated round various specialities such as: acute medical , ICU, stroke , orthopaedics, surgical, medicine for the elderly, musculoskeletal outpatients where she worked with a diverse population and treated a vast range of conditions to build a solid foundation of core skills and knowledge.
She also travelled to Hong Kong, Rome, Dubai, Barbados and Amsterdam several times with a Rugby 7s and 10s team as pitch side first aider and physiotherapist treating a variety of sporting injuries.
She relocated to Dubai in 2021 to work with a VIP client as physiotherapist and care manager.
Overall, her approach to physiotherapy treatment is holistic and patient centred. Everyone is different and she likes to adapt her treatment and rehabilitation to suit the individual for the best outcome.
