I am a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist with several years of clinical experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I hold a BSc in Psychology and an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that growth and healing emerge through a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. I aim to provide a safe, reflective, and collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
I draw from several therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and person-centred therapy, as well as art therapy where appropriate.
I have particular interest and experience in supporting individuals with:
Chronic pain and physical health conditions
Sexuality and identity exploration
Disordered eating
Bereavement and loss
Experiences of abuse
Depression and anxiety
