About Grace Titley
Grace Titley is an accredited cognitive behavioural therapist with extensive experience across community settings, NHS services, and the private sector. For the past seven years, she has worked in NHS Talking Therapies as both a therapist and supervisor, using CBT to treat common mental health issues and supporting other therapists to do so effectively. Additionally, she has received further training in adapting CBT for patients with long-term physical health conditions alongside their mental health challenges. Primarily working with individuals aged 16 and older, Grace treats conditions such as depression and anxiety disorders, always adhering to NICE guidelines to ensure evidence-based, effective treatment. Her therapeutic process begins with a comprehensive formulation phase, during which she collaborates with clients to develop a shared understanding of their difficulties and the factors that maintain them. Grace creates a safe, supportive space for clients to explore and work through challenging thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Her approach is highly collaborative and tailored to meet each client’s personal goals, helping them to build resilience, find happiness, and lead a more rewarding, engaged life.
