About
Dr. Guerra completed his medical training and internship at St. Vincent's Hospital in Melbourne. He completed his FRACS in General Surgery in 2014. Dr. Guerra pursued a PhD at the University of Melbourne and the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, with a specific focus on colorectal oncology, particularly anal cancer.
He has also gained valuable experience through fellowships in complex colorectal surgery at renowned institutions such as the Peritoneal Malignancy Institute in Basingstoke and St. Mark's Hospital in London.
Dr. Guerra currently practises at various medical institutions, including St. Vincent's public and private hospitals, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, and Werribee Mercy Hospital. His areas of expertise include complex and advanced colorectal surgery, peritoneal malignancy, and pelvic exenteration.
In his free time, Dr. Glen Guerra enjoys outdoor activities such as diving and trekking as well as spending quality time with his family
