Giovanny graduated from the University of Antioquia, Colombia in 1996. His first post was as a general dental practitioner and he continued his studies, gaining a postgraduate in health administration as of 1999.
In 2001, Giovanny moved to Spain to study a postgraduate programme before moving to London where he began work in private dentistry.
Giovanny completed postgraduate studies in prosthodontics (2002) and periodontics (2007) in Spain, an implantology certificate (2015) in the UK and a Swiss master class in advanced surgery in Spain.
He is member of the European Federation of Periodontology, the Spanish Society of Periodontology and Ossoeintegration, the British Society of Periodontology and the Spanish Society of Prosthodontics.
