Mr. Giovanni Chiriacò is a Consultant Urological Surgeon and Andrologist with specialist expertise in gender-affirming surgery and male sexual and reproductive health. He is part of the Gender Dysphoria Team at New Victoria Hospital as well as practicing at Dottore London.
Mr. Chiriacò graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Trieste in 2011, where he also completed his specialist training in Urology and obtained a Master’s in Andrological Surgery. His passion for andrology brought him to the UK in 2017, where he gained extensive experience as a Clinical Fellow at University College London Hospital (UCLH) and the Royal Free Hospital. He later completed advanced fellowship training in functional and reconstructive andrology at UCLH and St Peter’s Andrology Centre.
Recognised as a Fellow of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine (FECSM), Mr. Chiriacò’s clinical interests include masculinising gender-affirming surgery, erectile dysfunction and penile prosthesis surgery, Peyronie’s disease, and male infertility.
In addition to his clinical work, he is actively engaged in academic research, teaching, and international conferences, contributing to the advancement of andrology and gender-affirming urology through evidence-based and inclusive practice.
