Mr Gavin O'Neil
About
Gavin has developed extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, including working with sports teams such as St. Patrick’s Athletic and Blackrock College. His professional background also includes community care within the HSE’s Primary Care Physiotherapy Department, where he contributed to patient rehabilitation and recovery in a clinical and domicillary setting.
Through his career, Gavin has explored a range of training and rehabilitation methods. However, he found that focusing on postural integrity within movement designed to protect and enhances spinal health and movement produced significantly greater improvements in clients mobility, strength, coordination and overall outcomes.
This experience now shapes his practice, where he applies a movement-focused, biomechanical approach to help clients restore function, prevent injury, and enhance overall physical health.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
