My name is Fiona Chadwick and I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist offering integrative psychotherapy for individuals and couples experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
I work from my private practice in North Tipperary, providing a confidential, safe, and supportive space where clients can explore personal challenges at their own pace. I have a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am a Pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
Additional training in couples counselling Currently expanding my work to include adolescent psychotherapy (12+)
My approach is integrative and collaborative, meaning I tailor each session to suit the individual needs of the client.
I place strong emphasis on: Empathy, respect, and authenticity
Building a trusting therapeutic relationship
Creating a non-judgemental environment
Supporting clients to move at their own pace
I work alongside you to help you:
Gain clarity and understanding
Develop coping strategies
Build resilience
Work towards meaningful and lasting change
I believe that each person’s experience is unique. My role is to offer a calm, private, and supportive space where you feel heard and understood.
