Für seine herausragenden Qualifikationen wurde Dr. Hedayat das Meisterzertifikat "Wirbelsäulenchirurgie" sowie das gemeinsame Grundzertifikat "Wirbelsäulenchirurgie" und "konservative Therapie" von der Deutschen Wirbelsäulengesellschaft (DWG) verliehen. Zudem besitzt er das europäische Grundzertifikat in "Wirbelsäulenchirurgie" der Eurospine-Gesellschaft.
Dr. Hedayats Karriere ist von kontinuierlichem Wachstum und Erfolgen geprägt. Er absolvierte sein Medizinstudium an der Hochschulmedizin der Universität zu Köln und erhielt weitere Ausbildung zum Neurochirurgen an renommierten Einrichtungen, darunter der neurochirurgischen Klinik der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität und der St. Barbara Klinik. Als Oberarzt in verschiedenen Institutionen erweiterte er sein operatives Fachwissen um fortschrittliche Techniken wie endoskopische Bandscheibenoperationen sowie minimalinvasive perkutane und robotergestützte Stabilisierungsverfahren.
In seiner Funktion als Chefarzt des Zentrums für Wirbelsäulenchirurgie und Schmerztherapie an der Ortho-Klinik Dortmund hat Dr. Hedayat bedeutende Beiträge auf dem Gebiet geleistet. Unter seiner Leitung erlangte das Zentrum die Zertifizierung als spezielles Zentrum der DWG und wurde nach Abschluss der Pilotphase am 15. Mai 2017 als drittklinisches Zentrum bundesweit von der Deutschen Wirbelsäulengesellschaft anerkannt.
Als Partner in der neu gegründeten neurochirurgischen Praxis am Grafenberg Rückenzentrum bietet Dr. Hedayat seinen Patienten weiterhin eine außergewöhnliche Versorgung. Die Praxis umfasst konservative Schmerztherapie, Mikrotherapie und ein breites Spektrum an chirurgischen Eingriffen, einschließlich Tumorchirurgie und Ersatz von Wirbelkörpern unter Verwendung modernster endoskopischer und minimalinvasiver Techniken.
