About Ms Maria Esperanza Fernandez
Ms Esperanza Fernandez is a qualified acupuncturist with a BSc Hons in Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture from the University of Westminster obtained in 2001. They utilise a range of techniques to create a tailored treatment plan for each patient. An initial consultation will involve a discussion of a patient's medical history and current symptoms. They will also examine the patient's tongue and take their pulse. This allows them to get a holistic understanding of the patient's health and wellbeing. Following this, they will create a personalised treatment plan. This may include lifestyle and dietary advice alongside acupuncture. Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine technique which aims to restore balance within the body. It involves inserting very fine needles into specific points on the body.
