Miss Erin Maree Greenland is a registered psychologist who provides support to adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns. They aim to provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space for clients to explore their experiences and develop strategies to manage challenges.
Miss Greenland utilises evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy, to assist clients in better understanding their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
