About

Emma Vanlint is a passionate and dedicated nutritionist, committed to helping individuals transform their health and well-being through evidence-based nutritional therapy. As the founder of The Nutritional Therapy Clinic, Emma combines her love for good food with her understanding of nutrition to offer tailored solutions that empower her clients to achieve optimal health without compromising on taste or enjoyment.

Emma’s journey into nutritional therapy began with her own transformative experiences. Struggling with IBS, migraines, frequent infections, and fertility issues, she discovered the profound impact of nutrition on her quality of life. Through following an optimal nutrition plan, Emma resolved these health challenges and successfully improved her fertility, now enjoying life as a mother to her daughter. This personal awakening fuels her passion for sharing the life-changing benefits of nutrition with her clients.

Emma trained at the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), considered the UK’s leading centre for nutritional studies and founded by health expert Patrick Holford. Her expertise, honed through years of practice, has enabled her to help hundreds of clients improve their health, lose weight, and maintain a balanced lifestyle.

Before embarking on her career in nutrition, Emma spent two decades working in the City, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges of balancing a demanding career with maintaining a healthy diet. Her approach is practical, relatable, and results-oriented.

Emma is committed to staying at the forefront of nutritional science. She regularly attends lectures and workshops to expand her knowledge and bring the latest developments to her clients. As a member of BANT (British Association of Nutritional Therapists) and a registered practitioner with the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council), Emma adheres to strict codes of professional practice. She is also listed on the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners.

Based near Harley Street in London, Emma offers in-person consultations as well as virtual appointments for those outside London or who prefer remote sessions. Her mission is simple: to help clients experience the profound benefits of nutritional therapy and achieve lasting improvements in their health and well-being.

“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
